1. Information we collect
We may collect your name, verified email address, mobile number, college, branch, current study year, college admission date, Gold Member ID and status, course and quiz activity, registration details, messages, IP address, and limited payment transaction information.
2. How we use information
We use this information to create and secure accounts, verify student and Gold Member eligibility, provide course discounts and premium benefits, process registrations, issue invoices, communicate session information, operate quizzes, provide support, prevent misuse and meet record-keeping obligations.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay or another disclosed payment gateway. EvolveClub does not store complete card details, UPI PINs, banking passwords or other payment credentials. We retain limited records such as the gateway order ID, payment ID, amount, status and payment date.
4. Email verification and communication
Email/password accounts must verify their email through a time-limited link. Google login uses the verified email returned by Google. We may contact you about account security, membership, payments, courses, sessions, invoices, refunds and essential service updates.
5. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. Limited information may be shared with service providers needed for payments, email, hosting, analytics, meeting delivery, security or legal compliance, only for the relevant purpose.
6. Security and retention
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No internet service is completely risk-free. Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for service delivery, accounting, dispute resolution, security and legal obligations, after which they may be deleted or anonymized.
7. Your choices
You may ask to access or correct your information, withdraw from non-essential communication, or request deletion where legally and technically possible. Course, membership and payment records may need to be retained for accounting or dispute purposes.
8. Students under the legal age
If a student is below the age legally required to provide consent, registration and payment should be completed with the consent of a parent or guardian.
